New Client Guidance: Changing Your Email Preferences – Bank Holidays and Weekends

As you are aware, the Handsam system generates automated email reminders on set days of the week, month and year. In response to feedback from our clients, we have added the option to delay these notifications if they fall on a weekend or a bank holiday. Your account is set up by default to allow these emails on weekends and bank holidays. Should you wish to defer them, please follow the instructions in the attached User Guide. Once you have opted out, within your Email Preference tab, any email notification that falls on a weekend or bank holiday will be delayed until the next working day.
