Handsam are happy to announce the addition of the new Helpdesk Module.
This module is designed for you to report, internally, any issues you have onsite. As long as you have access, as either a Helpdesk User or Administrator, this can be done either through your Handsam account, or simply by sending an email to a specific email address the system generates to accept queries on your behalf and log them directly into the Handsam system.
In brief, an issue is raised and notification automatically sent to the Administrators, for them to review and take action. If necessary, it can be forwarded to an individual Administrator, and any issue can then be recorded as rectified and closed. A full history of the actions that were taken will be recorded and the initial staff member who raised the issue can keep an eye on its progress at all times.
