Handsam has created a new support module for our clients to take advantage of:
THE HELPDESK
The new Helpdesk is an invaluable tool to help log issues anywhere across your organisation quickly and easily, then track their resolution through referring to the relevant staff member to deliver.
SAY GOODBYE to PEN & PAPER or WORD OF MOUTH
Utilising the Handsam system Helpdesk could revolutionise the way staff are able to log Issues either within the Handsam system or by sending an email to a bespoke email address which then alerts Helpdesk Administrators.
Administrators can then refer the issue for resolution to a relevant colleague (e.g. to the site team for premises-related issues, to the IT lead for computer problems or to the Head or HR lead for welfare issues).
Dashboards to see trends and patterns of types of incidents and locations across your site(s) are available at individual site and across a wider organisation/MAT. The system can be completely bespoked to your requirements including uploading your site's location names for colleagues to select from a dropdown list and setting up relevant staff with the appropriate level of access prior to implementation.
